Overview
The Stronger, Faster, Higher Adventure will help you understand how to eat well, exercise , and the importance of rest . Personal fitness is a balance of these three things. What you eat is what your body is able to turn into energy and can keep your body working to keep you healthy. Exercise not only keeps your body working, it also is good for your mind . Your body needs rest, and so does your mind. Prior to any activity, use Scouting America SAFE Checklist to ensure the safety of all those involved. All participants in official Scouting America activities should become familiar with the Guide to Safe Scouting and applicable program literature or manuals.
Requirements
Requirement 1
With your den or family, plan, cook, and eat a balanced meal.
Activities:
- Cub Camp Cuisine (Travel, energy 2, supplies 3, prep 5) Cub Scouts prepare a meal on a pack campout.
- Culinary Creations (Indoor, energy 3, supplies 3, prep 4) Cub Scouts prepare a meal as a den.
- Family Feast (Indoor, energy 2, supplies 3, prep 2) Cub Scouts plan a meal for a family dinner.
Requirement 2
Be active for 30 minutes with your den or at least one other person in a way that includes both stretching and moving.

- Soccer and Scouting (Outdoor, energy 5, supplies 2, prep 2) Cub Scouts play a game of soccer.

Be active for 15 minutes doing personal exercises that boost your heart rate, use your muscles, and work on flexibility.
