Requirements
Requirement 1
Learn a magic trick. Practice the trick. Share the trick with you den or family members.
Activities:
- Coin Through a Neckerchief (Indoor, energy 2, supplies 2, prep 2) Pass a coin magically though your Tiger neckerchief.
- Cub Scout Magic Book (Indoor, energy 2, supplies 4, prep 2) Use the Cub Scout Magic book to identify a trick for Cub Scouts to learn and perform.
- The Disappearing Knot (Indoor, energy 3, supplies 2, prep 2) Tie a knot that disappears.
Requirement 2
Demonstrate how a magic trick works to your den, family or Tiger adult partner.
Activities:
- Magic Show (Indoor, energy 2, supplies 2, prep 1) Using the magic trick learned in requirement 2, conduct a magic show.
Requirement 3
Write your name in secret code.
Activities:
- Computer Name (Indoor, energy 2, supplies 3, prep 2) Use binary to spell your name.
- My Secret Code Part 1 (Indoor, energy 2, supplies 2, prep 2) Cub Scouts will create their own unique secret code.
- Pig Pen Code (Indoor, energy 2, supplies 2, prep 1) Using the Pig Pen Code write your name.
Requirement 4
Write a message with the code. Challenge your den, family or Tiger adult partner to read your coded message.
Activities:
- My Secret Code Part 2 (Indoor, energy 2, supplies 2, prep 2) Using the secret code created in the activity My Secret Code Part 1 write a message and have Tiger adult partners decode the message.
